Strength Training Programs will start January 2020
This is a 3 day a week program Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Available hourly time slots are 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
$137 per month ($11.41 per session)
16 weeks is highly recommended for the best results. The longer you stay in the program, the better the results. If you would like to sign up for multiple months, advanced payment will be required to reserve your spot due to limited availability.
